We have a new theme for each box. Themes can include things like “Newly Engaged!” “Couple’s Box,” “Honeymooning,” and more. We then select items that fit your personality and the theme of your wedding.
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If you need to cancel your membership, please do so before your monthly billing date, or you will be billed for your box the following month. If you cancel your membership after your monthly billing date, you’ll still receive the box you paid for, and we’ll cancel your subscription after that. There is never a cancellation fee. Visit the “Contact Us” page to cancel.
Absolutely! We are an inclusive and welcoming company and we know that love is love, no matter what.
Please check your box as soon as you can after you receive it. If something is damaged or defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact us at weddingbox@jivyaffairs.com within 7 days of receiving your box, and we will make it right! We may request photos of the damaged item for quality control purposes. We do not offer exchanges, and all sales are final.
